AFTER just one season in Division B Harden look set for a return to Division C. They slipped to the bottom of the table after their defeat by Calverley. Brian Wilson was Calverley's hero with a 5-17 return off 18 overs, 13 of them maidens.

Harden are bottom with 32 points, one behind Silsden with Thackley a further point ahead.

Silsden's final pair, S Tillotson and J Roberts, held on to claim two points from a drawn game with Knaresborough while Thackley also gained two points from a creditable draw at promoted Kirkstall Educational.

Ilkley gained four points from a drawn game at home to Tong Park after they totalled 209-8. Australian opener Simon Stolcman set the tone with a knock of 45 and then Michael Sant produced an excellent innings of 78 not out. Tong Park replied with 166-6 with opener Nick Murden making 42 and J Law 39.

Pool took all six points against Burley after setting a target of 215-3. After losing opener David Singleton for five fellow opener Richard Carlton went on to make a superb 130 not out. Burley fell for 150 in reply as Oliver Wilhelm claimed 6-61 off 20 overs.

In Division C Ben Rhydding gained all six points knocking off the Woodhouse score of 187-8 with just one wicket down. Neil Hatton hammered 69 and M Booth an unbeaten 66.

Pool Mills lost by six wickets to Bolton Villas after falling for 170 as T Wade took 5-42. P Wilkinson top scored for Mills with 60 and Patrick Parker made 43.

Addingham defeated Alwoodley by six wickets thanks to a superb 7-30 return from Chris Campbell.
