Police were today stepping up their hunt for a Bradford man suspected of murdering a woman and then shooting her brother.
A month after the double attack in east London, detectives have yet to trace their chief suspect but stressed they are following up a number of leads.
Officers previously raided an address in the Great Horton area of Bradford but did not find the man, whom they have not yet named.
He was spotted driving away from the scene of the shooting , which happened at about 6pm on July 21 in Gower Street, Forest Green.
The incident left a 33-year-old Asian man with serious injuries.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said their inquiries led them to a house in nearby Whyteville Road where the victim's sister was found lying dead under a blanket, having suffered multiple stab wounds.
Yesterday detectives named her as 32-year-old Shaukat Bibi Khan but they refused to comment on whether she had any relationship with the chief suspect, who originates from Bradford.
The shooting victim was treated for serious injuries in hospital but has since been discharged.
The spokesman said a three-strong team of Metropolitan Police officers had been sent to Bradford as part of the manhunt, which had so far proved fruitless.
He remained tight-lipped about other lines of inquiry but said further searches had been conducted in the capital.
Detective Inspector Ian Stevenson, who is leading the investigation, said the wanted man was Asian, aged about 30 and 5ft 6ins.
He was seen driving away from the scene of the shooting in a beige or gold Peugeot 305 XL saloon, registration L248 CKM.
The car was later discovered in the London area and has since been examined by forensic experts for further clues.
