Bulls scrum half Paul Deacon passed the 1,000 career points mark as the Bulls returned to winning ways with an emphatic 54-12 victory at London.

The 24-year-old goal-kicker has been a prolific points scorer for the Bulls, amassing 336 last season.

He was well on the way to bettering that this time around having scored 318 prior to yesterday's Griffin Park clash.

Deacon, who started his career with Oldham before moving to Odsal five years ago, kicked eight goals to nudge his domestic points tally into four figures as Bradford produced a second-half masterclass in clinical finishing to destroy a spirited Broncos side.

Noble said: "It was a pretty comprehensive display and it was a terrific team performance.

"Some of the skills and ability we showed were superb. We had to talk about some things at half-time but we came out in the second half and showed what we were all about."

Karl Pratt, who missed last Monday's defeat at Wigan, was hugely instrumental alongside Jamie Peacock at the heart of the Bulls side.

Noble said: "It was great to get Karl Pratt back but I thought Paul Deacon and Jamie Peacock were also superb. In fact, I've got to say that the whole 17 were superb."

Pratt said: "Once our big guys get going forward, there are not many players that can stop them and they set the platform for us."

Stuart Fielden was forced to leave the field after he suffered a bang to his knee but Noble allayed fans' fears, confirming it wasn't the same knee which has kept him out for much of the season, and said he hoped Fielden, Leon Pryce and Lesley Vainikolo would all be back in the squad to face Leeds on Sunday.
