A man who indecently assaulted a woman after he had an argument with his wife has been jailed for 12 months.
Bradford Crown Court heard how John Garbutt approached the woman - who is in her 50s but cannot be identified for legal reasons - and indecently assaulted her.
She told him to give up and tried to struggle away. But Garbutt continued to carry out the assault.
The incident took place in Bradford 18 months ago after an argument between Garbutt and his wife.
Garbutt, 44, of Dee Road, Lancaster, pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent assault.
Following his prison sentence, he will be on licence for a further two years.
He was also placed on the sex offenders' register for ten years.
