Detectives investigating the attack of a man on a village railway platform are to revisit the site in Cononley, near Skipton, a week after the incident.
British Transport Police will be questioning train users and passers-by tomorrow in the hunt for more information.
The 32-year-old victim from Bradford remains critical in Leeds General Infirmary.
A transport police spokesman said: "Detectives and uniformed officers from British Transport Police will be revisiting the scene around the time of 8pm."
The incident happened on the Skipton bound platform and left the man with serious head injuries.
An incident room had been set up at Shipley police station and people with information could contact officers on (01274) 537447, he added.
Five men aged 32, 23, 22, 20 and 17 have been arrested and questioned about the attack and released on police bail.
