Edward Fisher's daughter Claire Campbell dropped in for his 90th birthday this week -- from Australia.
Claire returned to Keighley to join other family members for celebrations at Edward's home in Farish House.
Claire's sister Marguerite Holmes didn't have so far too go because she remained in Keighley when Claire emigrated in 1966.
The women's brother Peter Fisher also lives in Australia but could not return for Keighley-born Edward's birthday.
Edward worked initially for Keighley engineering firm Prince Smith and Stells before a short spell in the army.
During the 1950s he was landlord at the Albert Hotel on Bridge Street and later a bookmaker.
Then he travelled to Australia with his wife Sarah, spending about 20 years there until her death in 1989.
Edward now has 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren, most living in Australia but also Keighley and Germany.
