A Bradford Labour councillor has accused the education authority of having a racialist attitude. Coun. Abdul R. Hameed, for Little Horton, said the local education authority practice of only allowing schools to take a certain quota of immigrant children and making the rest go to schools outside their home area was clearly racialist.
