England Netball captain Tracy Neville was the star of the show at Priesthorpe School's Born To Win Day.
Sister of Manchester United and England footballers Phil and Gary, the 73-times capped player gave an insight into what it was like being a member of such a famous sporting family and also how she prepares for her big matches.
Ann Raper, director of sport at the Farsley school, explained: "Hosting a Born To Win Day - based on the Saturday tea-time BBC programme - is part of our duties as a sports college.
"It also involves the Youth Sports Trust and we were allowed to have a sporting champion present at the day - hence Tracy Neville.
"She is the most capped current England netball player and won a bronze medal in both the Commonwealth Games and the World Championships."
Raper added: "We had a fantastic day and Tracy really motivated the pupils and they did physical tests and then followed it up with psychological tests, and they did some additional work on their computers later on.
"She explained to our GCSE and A-level PE students about her training programme etc and when to rest, but she could only spend about four-and-a-half hours with us as she had to leave at 1pm to go to work!
"They are all self funded as players and the only help they get is when they go overseas for a major tournament. Tracy was absolutely fantastic and really gave the kids food for thought."
