People in Bradford have helped police score a century and charge 100 people thanks to their Dob in a Dealer Drugs hotline.
Since the start of the scheme in August last year, 100 people have been arrested and charged by Bradford District Drugs Team for narcotic-related offences after tip offs to the telephone line.
The anonymous line was designed to encourage the public to pass on information about suspected drug-dealing in their communities.
It has so far resulted in 500 arrests - 350 of them on suspicion of dealing in class A drugs.
Head of Crackdown Chief Superintendent Graham Sunderland said: "People are understandably concerned about drug dealing and the street crime associated with it.
"Through Dob in a Dealer, residents can help to ensure arrests and police activity.
"We will continue to be extremely proactive and take action so we can disrupt drug markets right across the district."
Detective Sergeant Ian Froggett, regional co-ordinator for Crimestoppers which runs the line, urged people to continue ringing.
He said: "The 1,360 people who have called the Dob in a Dealer hotline have made a significant difference to the drug market in Bradford and Keighley and these people should be proud of what they have achieved."
The hotline can be contacted on 0800 555 111.
