Top model stock car racers from across the country converged on Keighley at the weekend.
More than 20 competitors - from as far afield as Coventry and Bournemouth - took part in the Champion of Champions meeting at Marley Stadium on Sunday.
The event was organised by the Marley-based Northern Oval Racing Affiliation.
Club chairman Mick Mellor said: "It was a superb meeting. The weather let us down a little, but we were really pleased with how it went.
"We had a lot of top drivers there, including the European champion and former world champion, and there was some high class racing. The feedback was excellent - people were impressed with the venue and said they would be back."
The event - whose main sponsor was the White Rose VW garage at Cross Hills - was won by ex-world champion Jody Foster, from the Notts & Derby race club.
It was open to anyone registered with the British Radio Controlled Association.
Keighley next year is to host the world finals of model stock car racing. It is the first time the town has been chosen to stage the prestigious event.
Competitors from across the globe will take part in the four-day extravaganza next September.
