A piece of football history returned home yesterday when the FA Cup went on show in Bradford.
Hundreds of Bantams fans got to lay their hands on the world famous trophy at the Hundred Years of Claret and Amber exhibition at the city's Industrial Museum.
Among them was five-year-old Jade Harrison, pictured, who got her chance to touch the treasured silverware, an ambition harboured by every professional footballer in the land.
The cup has strong ties with Bradford having been designed by city silversmiths Fattorinis in 1911. And it was destined for a quick return to West Yorkshire as the Bantams won the brand new trophy that very same year.
