Passers-by in Haworth's Main Street were greeted with the unusual sight of a giant Yorkshire pudding on Wednesday afternoon.
The Yorkshire Young Farmers Clubs had brought the replica pudding to the area as part of a recruitment drive across the county. Worth Valley club members joined the pudding on its journey around Yorkshire, which was due to end today. A Sheffield-based theatrical company made the pudding using a mixture of fabric, chicken wire and foam on a wooden base.
As well as joining the recruitment drive, Worth Valley Young Farmer's Club recently raised £608 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance in a sponsored pram push.
