NATASHA MULLIGAN broke the deadlock and sent Keighley Ladies on their way to a 5-0 victory over Knaresborough.
Mulligan finished by punching a sliding shot into the roof of the net.
Their second came from Lisa Connolley who volleyed a left foot shot over the scrambling defence to put Keighley in total control.
They had a host of chances with Knaresborough saved by the woodwork several times.
Francezs Nicholl sealed the half by blasting a 25-yard shot into the top right hand corner to make it 3-0.
They continued with the relentless pressure after the break. After several attacking opportunities broke down Zoe Baynes found the vital finishing touch and neatly placed a shot into the bottom right hand corner.
Baynes followed up with a second in the dying minutes of the game to complete the 5-0 whitewash.
This weekend they are away to league leaders Tadcaster Albion.
n Silsden Ladies suffered their first defeat of the season when they faced West End Ladies on Sunday.
Both teams started brightly, and the match was evenly poised for the first 20 minutes. A break from a Silsden attack brought the first goal from West End, as their young striker beat the offside trap to place the ball in the bottom corner of the Silsden net.
Silsden equalised, not long after with a great run and strike from their young striker Emma Layton.
At half time the score was 3-1 to West End.
Silsden started the second half brightly enough, however, their lack of competitive games this season told and West End ran in another two goals to come out convincing winners.
Silsden have the opportunity to make amends this week when they meet Hebden Royd Ladies at Silsden AFC ground this Sunday at 2.00pm.
Silsden Girls Under-13 team have their first match this weekend at home in the new Keybury Girls Football League, at Silsden AFC ground, kick off at 11.30am.
