Vandals have toured parts of Bradford destroying Plot Night bonfires - many of them built for charities. Armed with cans of paraffin, they have set the fires alight and then fled, leaving passers-by to alert the fire brigade. Scores of bonfires built by children for family fireworks parties have been wrecked, and a number of larger bonfires, built for organised displays, have been burned to the ground.
