Not even the bad weather could wash away the festivities in Haworth last week.
The village had arranged their Victoria Week celebrations to coincide with Yorkshire day.
Victoria Week ran from July 27 to August 4 with Yorkshire day falling last Thursday.
Staff at the Black Bull and a number of shops in the village all turned out in Victorian dress to mark the occasion.
And during the week villagers put on various attractions, including falconry displays, old-fashioned games for children, craft displays and a flower arranging competition.
Susie Tait, landlady of the Black Bull said that it had been a good week even though the bad weather had caused a few problems, including the cancellation of a visit by the brewery Dray and Shire horses.
She said: "On the first weekend it was pretty busy but the weather put a damper on things. And we were disappointed that the Drays didn't turn up."
The crowds were out in force again though last weekend and despite some more rain on Sunday the week was described as a great success.
