Bantams fans are being challenged to go to as many football grounds across the country as they can - in just eight hours.
The fundraising challenge to raise cash for the club is the idea of Bradford City fanatic Richard Wardell, who is urging supporters to try and beat him as he visits sports stadiums around the UK.
Teams taking part will need to be at Valley Parade on Sunday, July 11, at 10am and return at 6pm having completed a whistlestop tour of grounds.
Richard, who is a 25-year season-ticket holder, said he hoped the day would be a fun event for football fans to take part in.
But the 32-year-old has drawn up a complex scoring system to reward fans who visit the most far flung or unusual locations.
He said: "We have devised a way of scoring but we have decided to be radical and give power to the smaller clubs.
"This means you get five points for a non-league ground, four points for a Divison Three ground , three points for a Second Division ground, two for a First Division and one point for a Premiership ground."
But the contest is not limited to just football grounds and anyone who visits rugby league or union grounds, cricket grounds or a racecourse can also earn themselves two points.
There is also an added incentive for fans to leave the country during the eight hours as anyone who visits a ground in Scotland or Wales will pick up an extra two points.
Teams need to get back to Valley Parade for 6pm and be able to provide photographic evidence that they have visited the grounds.
Anyone who gets a photograph of themselves outside a ground with someone famous can earn another two points and any fan who gets a picture of themselves out on the pitch having a kickabout will earn an extra five points.
Mr Wardell, who lives in Wakefield, is hoping as many people as possible will take part in the event to make it a success. Anyone interested in finding out more should contact him by email at rwardell@blueyonder.co.uk
