Burley Trojans welcomed a special guest to their end of season Presentation Evening. Locally-based Bradford City striker Dean Windass was guest of honour and presented the awards at the well-attended event held at Burley Cricket Club.
Trojans achieved a mid table position in the Harrogate and District Premier Division, a disappointment following top three finishes in each of the last three seasons.
Trojans Reserves ended up in fifth place, a remarkable achievement bearing in mind that they were bottom with only six games remaining.
Award winners were:First Team Players' Player-of-the-Year - Ian McKain; First Team Match Point winner - Kieren Hanogue; Reserve Team Players' Player-of-the-Year - James Hoskin and Gareth Goodison; Reserve Team Match Point winner - Oliver Barrand, Jamie Davey and Gareth Goodison.

Meanwhile Trojans' end of season tour to Edinburgh saw them record a fine win over the official Hearts Supporters Club. Goals from Chris Lloyd (2) and Phil Constantine gave the tourists a 3-2 victory.
Trojans' manager Chris Worts is stepping down from the job when a suitable replacement can be found.
