The Bulls have
confirmed they have opened talks with star wing Lesley Vainikolo over an extension to his contract.
Vainikolo, one of the hottest properties in the game after smashing the Super League single-season try-scoring record last year, has already been linked with a possible switch to rugby union, with Gloucester believed to have tabled an early bid for his
services.
However, club spokesman Stuart Duffy confirmed the Bulls were holding ongoing talks with their star attraction.
"We have entered into negotiations with Lesley and his agent and obviously we hope to keep him at the club," said Duffy.
