The economic future of Airedale will be mapped out when the area's masterplan is revealed tomorrow.
Although details of the plan are being closely guarded it is understood it will include several radical proposals to improve Airedale's road and rail systems.
The masterplan will set out the economic future of the area which it is hoped will drive forward the regeneration of the Aire Valley, attracting investment and creating job opportunities.
It is also believed the blueprint will include major projects to redevelop Bingley, Keighley and Shipley town centres and plans to develop businesses and educational establishments.
Regeneration and engineering specialists Arup was employed by regional development agency Yorkshire Forward to develop the masterplan.
The private sector led Airedale Partnership has also been instrumental in compiling the plan.
Councillor Simon Cooke, Bradford Council's executive member for regeneration and chairman of the Airedale Partnership, said: "The event tomorrow will give people an opportunity to find out what is outlined in their area through the masterplan."
Arup published a report detailing possible schemes which could be developed last year.
The report highlighted Keighley's strength as an advanced manufacturing centre, Bingley's role in financial business and Shipley's lead in digital and media communications.
Some of the possible schemes highlighted in the report included revitalising Shipley train station with escalators giving easier access to the town centre, and building a new digital college in the town.
A revamped Keighley College with close links to Bradford University and Bradford College was also proposed.
Improving transport links to Leeds Bradford International Airport were also a priority in the report.
A 24-hour rail service from Bradford via Shipley and Guiseley to Leeds using a new rail link to the airport was proposed.
A series of public consultations have also taken place to get feedback about what they would like to see in the plan.
Many residents want to see the environment protected and the overall image of Airedale improved.
Eileen Sinclair, secretary of Bingley Civic Trust, said she was hopeful the masterplan would be positive for the future of the town.
But Mrs Sinclair said she wanted to see proposals which improved "grass roots level services".
The launch is taking place at Dalton Mills in Dalton Lane, Keighley, tomorrow at 10.30am. People living in Airedale are invited to the launch.
The event will be opened by Coun Cooke and Mike Osborne, Arup's project director, will outline the masterplan's details.
