Wet Paint and Susskind have signed up for a planned series of concerts during this year's Keighley Gala weekend.
Other Keighley bands are now being sought to play the three shows on the weekend of June 4 and 5.
The gigs are being organised by local music promoter Michael Thompson in a bid to make them an annual event.
The first bands would play in Victoria Park on the Saturday afternoon, gala day, followed by outdoor and indoor concerts on the Sunday afternoon and evening.
Michael said: "Various bands have been approached to headline the Saturday night with the possibility of attracting a big-name touring band the main objective."
Michael can be contacted via the local music website www.cyphermusic.net.
Wet Paint plays Jilly's Rock World, Manchester, on Wednesday.
Susskind and Wet Paint are also among the 14 bands playing the Battle of the Bands being organised by Keighley Musician's Centre.
They will play in the senior section on April 2, at Victoria Hall, against bands like Operatorsix and Random Hand.
Susskind, based in Glusburn, say their musicians are united by a belief in the life-changing potential of rock 'n' roll music.
"We believe music should be the overriding priority of all bands. We deal with something new, refreshing, heavy and melodic," said a spokesman.
"Susskind have the songs to back it up. We create songs that are unique, familiar and utterly accessible.
"From the sheer power of Semper, through the psychedelic multi-layered Portmanteau, to the complex epic of Mr Blue Sky -- it sounds like nothing you have ever heard before."
On April 2, a music fair will run from 10am to 3pm, followed by the 14 bands' performances.
