Details of the pay deal which ended industrial action by Bradford Metropolitan Council Workers were disclosed today. But the figures were disputed by the two sides. According to the National and Local Government Officers' Association, the agreement means between an average rise of about 12 per cent.
The settlement gives more to higher grade officers then it does to those at the bottom of the ladder.
