Keighley Ladies pulled off a 3-1 win over Republica to book their place int he next round of the cup.
After a solid opening period with defences controlling the game, Keighley struck with Becky Granger testing the keeper from 40-yards.
She unleashed an amazing lob which dropped neatly behind the Republica keeper into the net.
Solid defending from Amanda Pickard, Claire Priestley, Michelle Harrison and Sophie Taylor kept the Republica attack at bay. Anything they missed was cleared up by Claire Atkinson in the Keighley goal.
Despite the solid defence Republica found a way through to level the scores right on half time.
The continued to attack in force after the break, but Keighley soaked up the pressure.
Becky Granger found team mate Maria McArdle found team mate Maria McArdle who took on the Republica keeper and slotted the ball into the right hand corner with the keeper rooted to the spot.
Sophie Taylor was brought down in the area and the referee pointed to the spot. Captain Michelle Harrison drove the ball into the roof of the net.
Republic launched attack after attack in the closing minutes, but were kept at bay.
n Keighley Development squad played out a 3-3 draw with league leaders Farsley.
The Keighley side scored first, but conceded a gola just before half time. In the second half Farsley scored two quick goals to take a 3-1 lead, but Keighley dug deep.
They pulled a goal back and secured the draw with a late strike.
