Police have made a series of arrests across Bradford in a crackdown on drug peddlers over the Easter weekend.
Officers from Bradford District Drug Team were involved in operations throughout the public holiday to target suspected dealers.
Four people have been arrested in connection with supplying class A drugs in Frizinghall, Manningham and Laisterdyke.
The first arrests took place on Wednesday when three people were held in two separate operations.
A 21-year-old man from Heaton and a 33-year-old woman from Shipley were detained on suspicion of drug trafficking and a quantity of heroin recovered after the swoop in Manningham.
A 34-year-old Leeds man was arrested for possessing class A drugs with intent to supply after a car was stopped in Laisterdyke and crack cocaine and heroin were seized. All three have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
A fourth arrest was made on Saturday morning when police stopped a vehicle in the Frizinghall area.
An 18-year-old man from Bradford was arrested in connection with possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.
Around 1,120 people have now been arrested since the launch of the Crackdown in Bradford campaign, to tackle drug dealing in the city, two and a half years ago.
The latest arrests were part of Operation Crackdown, a national campaign targeting class A drug dealers and crack houses, which started in January and finishes at the end of this month.
But police in Bradford have pledged that Crackdown in Bradford will carry on when the national campaign ends.
Sergeant Simon Pridgeon, of Bradford District Drug Team, said: "Operation Crackdown underlines our determination to bring to justice those people involved in the supply of drugs. We are committed to ridding Brad-ford and Keighley of drugs."
Crackdown in Bradford is spearheaded by Dob in a Dealer which allows members of the public to call Crimestoppers anonymously with tip-offs about drug dealing.
Sgt Pridgeon said: "I would urge anyone who suspects any drug dealing to play their part in making the district a safer place to live by Dobbing in a Dealer."
An average of one dealer a day has been arrested in recent months as part of the campaign and £3.5m of drugs have been seized from the city's streets since the crackdown began.
West Yorkshire Police's drugs co-ordinator Bryan Dent said more than 200 rounds of ammunition had been recovered, along with four live-firing weapons including a Mac 11 machine gun, and 22 replica firearms.
