Thackley are in fine spirits after taking a maximum six points over the Easter period and they will be looking for another win when they journey to second-from-bottom Maltby Main in the Northern Counties East Premier Division tomorrow.

Boss John Boyle names a 15- man squad with sweeper Brian Brooks and midfielder Simon Oliver both facing fitness tests in the morning. Two other players are definitely sidelined.

"Andy King will be in plaster for two weeks after an injury he picked up on Monday and Dean Walters is away," said Boyle.

"In a way we are fortunate Maltby had such a big win over Liversedge on Monday. That will give us a lot to think about and should be a warning to the players that just because Maltby are low down they are still capable of beating anyone."

Liversedge will be aiming to bounce back from Monday's shock reverse when they host the only club below Maltby - basement outfit Borrowash Victoria.

"I would like to say we will definitely claim the three points at home to Borrowash but after the last game I can't be sure of anything," said Sedge manager Eugene Lacy. His side were 3-0 behind and down to ten men within 15 minutes at Maltby.

Lacy has midfielder Craig Farrand available again after he missed Monday's debacle.

Eccleshill United are another wounded animal after shipping in 11 goals in their last three fixtures.

United are hoping to stop the rot against fellow strugglers Glasshoughton Welfare.
