The new owner of a Keighley engineering firm has changed its name after completing a management buyout.
Nigel Grainger has reverted to the company's original Dean, Smith & Grace title after 13 years of being called DSG Lathes Ltd.
"Dean, Smith & Grace has been synonymous with quality since 1865 and that is why we will be using the name from now on," said Mr Grainger.
"My ambition is to put Dean, Smith & Grace back in its rightful place as a world leader in machine tool design and manufacture."
The buyout, which took place last month, has been planned for some time at the lathe manufacturers in Pitt Street.
"It was the only company I would look to buy. I joined the company in January, 2004, and then became sales director before putting together a bid and becoming managing director designate. I'm now managing director and I'm looking forward to expanding the company shortly," said Mr Grainger. He bought the company, which employs 24 staff, from Richard Hole, who owned it from 1974.
