Widnes Vikings have
followed up the signing of Gray Viane and Jamie Durbin with the capture of Hull winger Richie Barnett.
The 23-year-old Barnett scored 14 tries in 20 appearances for Hull after joining them from Gateshead last season but has made only one appearance so far this year.
Bradford-born Barnett has moved to the Halton Stadium initially on a month's loan but with a view to signing a longer deal.
Viane has joined the Vikings from St Helens for the full season while Warrington scrum-half Durbin is on a month's loan.
"We are delighted to have signed a player as promising as Richie Barnett," said coach Frank Endacott, whose side have won just two of their first eight engage Super League matches.
"In the space of a week we have brought in three young players from good clubs who want to prove themselves.
"It is now mine and the rest of the coaching staff's jobs to get the best out of them."
Former Tong Upper School pupil Barnett moved to Huddersfield's academy at 18 having impressed while at Bradford Dudley Hill before moving on to Gateshead.
Barnett's roots are Bradford through and through. Although not related to Bulls stars Leon and Karl Pryce, he does have family ties to the pair's cousin Waine, who plays for Castleford.
The newcomers will be introduced to Widnes fans at half-time during tomorrow's Powergen Challenge Cup fourth-round tie against Swinton.
