Haris Akhtar's winning smile and bonny looks charmed readers of our sisiter paper, The Telegraph & Argus, in this year's Happy Tots competition.
The bubbly baby beat almost 1,000 rivals to be voted the district's happiest baby.
It was one of the biggest Happy Tots competitions the T&A has ever staged, with a record number of votes being cast.
The competition, which was launched back in January, attracted hundreds of entries, with families taking their youngsters to Bradford's Kirkgate Centre to be photographed for the contest.
When we broke the news to Haris's family that he had scooped our 2006 Happy Tot's overall winner's prize, his proud mum, Najmha, 25, of Great Horton Road, Bradford, said she was absolutely thrilled that her little boy had won.
She said: "We hope he keeps on winning and gets everything he wants and is the best at everything that he wants to be."
Dad Naveed, 28, said Haris loves music and jiggles away to R n' B and rap.
He said: "We love him to bits and want him to do whatever he wants.I always wanted to be a boxer and it would be great if he did the same, but I will support him in whatever he wants."
As overall winner, Haris receives £500 of Kirkgate Centre shopping vouchers. For winning the 0 to six months category, his family also gets a framed portrait, valued at £200.
