From events at Skipton castle to classical music concerts, themed festivals and concerts at the auction mart are events that will be happening during the up and coming months.
Thanks to funding by the Skipton Business Improvement District (BID) professional events, exhibitions and festivals are to be held in Skipton this year.
There will be fun events for family and friends at the mart theatre on April 9 which will be showing a well-loved tale of the ugly duckling performed for children and their families.
There is also the St George’s Day parade on the high street, organised by Skipton town council.
On May1-3 the waterway festival of boats is held again, when there will be water based activities and entertainment in Skipton canal basin.
There will be a garden festival for beginners to experts, with Pippa Greenwood and Joe Maiden, held at the Mart Theatre, running from May 7-8.
