Firefighters were tonight battling a blaze at a metal traders in Stanningley.
Crews from Stanningley fire station were called to Metal Interests Northern in Arthur Street at around 6pm after magnesium caught fire in a scrap yard.
A spokesman for the station said they were likely to remain at the site for most of the night.
The blaze followed another fire at the yard yesterday, which started at around 9.20am and involved aluminium.
