Two more men appeared in court today charged with the murder of a Bradford teenager stabbed to death.

Iqbal Amriz, 31, of Curzon Road, Bradford, and Ibrar Saddiq, 26, of Fitzroy Road, Bradford, were led into the dock at Bradford magistrates.

Amriz, the taller of the two, wearing a white round-necked sweatshirt, looked straight towards the magistrates, glancing just once at the public gallery.

Meanwhile, Saddiq, wearing a light grey top, stared downwards for most of the first appearance which lasted just minutes.

The two were remanded in custody until Tuesday when they will re-appear at Bradford Crown Court.

On Friday Mohammed Rohail, 22, of Sandford Road, Bradford Moor, also appeared before Bradford Magistrates accused of killing 19-year-old Mohammed Rayaib.

Mr Rayaib, who lived with his parents and worked at his family’s take-away food shop, died from a stab wound after he was attacked near his home in Gladstone Street in the early hours of Tuesday.

Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Superintendent Steve Payne said: “I am still appealing for witnesses and would urge anyone with information about the death of Mohammed to come forward and contact police.”

A special prayer service was held for Mr Rayaib at the Madni Jamia Mosque, in nearby Thornbury Road.
