Conservation areas in Cullingworth and Wilsden are due to be reassessed.
The surveys will follow similar appraisals last year in Micklethwaite and Ryecroft.
The areas were originally designated several years ago but they have to be reassessed every five years.
Council planning officers look at whether the boundaries need to be moved to incorporate changes such as land use or newly-listed buildings.
There are 59 conservation areas across Bradford district.
The assessments of each area help attract funding for improvements and influence councillors when they make decisions affecting the villages.
A report on the reappraisal plans will be discussed by Shipley Area Committee next Wednesday.
