Bradford rock veterans New Model Army are in West Yorkshire for a gig tonight.

Formed by singer Justin Sullivan in 1980, the band was inspired by styles as diverse as punk and Northern Soul. This year the five-piece celebrates 30 years in the business and, with their inspirational back catalogue of songs, they remain central to their legion of fans around the world.

Last autumn the band released their 11th studio album, Today Is A Good Day. They’re currently showcasing tracks from the album, as well as old favourites, on a UK tour.

New Model Army will be at Leeds O2 Academy tonight.
