Following his latest adventure from Sydney to Tokyo, intrepid actor, adventurer and all-round ‘King of the Road’ Charley Boorman is taking a break from trekking around the world and will be calling in at St George’s Hall this week to talk about his expeditions.
The star of popular TV shows Long Way Round, Long Way Down, Race To Dakar and By Any Means… will be on stage for an evening of chat and anecdotes from his worldwide escapades. The event is accompanied by some never-before-seen video footage from his trips.
Charley is the epitome of the modern adventurer in pursuit of spontaneous challenges and his two-wheeled exploits have been followed by fans across the world.
The Charley Boorman Live Show is jam-packed with anecdotes on how he put his endurance to the test for some awe-inspiring experiences. Charley’s special guest on the show is Dakar Rally veteran Simon Pavey who will tell the inside story on working with Charley on TV’s Race To Dakar.
