A garden is again being opened to the public as part of an annual charity fundraising venture.
Brookfield, in Jew Lane, Oxenhope, is among more than 120 sites in Yorkshire taking part in this year’s National Gardens Scheme. Nationally, more than 3,700 gardens will be opening.
The scheme raises more than £2.5 million each year for a variety of charities.
Brookfield, a regular participant, is this year opening its grounds on Sunday, May 23, and Wednesday, May 26, 1.30pm to 5pm. Entry is £3 with children admitted free.
Home-made and cream teas will be available and there will be a quiz for children.
The one-acre garden includes a large pond with an island.
