A 31-year-old man has appeared at Bradford Crown Court accused of involvement in an armed robbery of a delivery wagon.
Nassar Khan, of Bowling Hall Road, West Bowling, Bradford, was remanded back into custody by Judge Peter Benson today.
Khan will next come to court on May 21 for a case management hearing.
His three-day trial is listed to take place in the week of June 21.
Khan is charged with conspiracy to rob on November 17 last year.
He is accused of involvement in an armed robbery in which a refrigerated lorry was targeted at a goods distribution yard behind the Asda superstore in Rooley Lane, Bradford. At least three men, believed to have been in possession of handguns, were said to have taken part.
