My only grumble is that you refer to the area as a ‘green spot’, when in fact, from the Pudsey side, it is a wide landscape of unspoiled fields and forest.

Let readers, in the warm weather, all look forward to going and sitting outside the Bank House pub in Pudsey and admiring the extraordinary unspoiled view.

Here in Bingley there are hundreds, if not thousands, of empty new houses built by speculators – and they are likely to remain empty. Why build more?
