Cullingworth: variation of condition 12 of approval 09/01181/FUL, remediation and restoration of former landfill site, infilling of hollows from former quarry working and creation of access road, to temporarily allow for a period of six months an increase in the maximum height permitted for obstructions to visibility within the approved access road visibility splays from 900mm to 2.0m for HGV access only, former Manywells Quarry, Manywells Brow.
Denholme: single-storey side extension with access ramp, 56 Longhouse Lane.
Idle: renewal of planning approval 07/00647/FUL dated 04/04/07, construction of dwelling, land adj 1 Lynmoor Court. Ilkley: conversion of second and third floors into ten residential apartments, change of use of ground floor function room to retail unit and internal alterations, The Crescent Hotel, Brook Street. Ilkley: demolition of garage to be replaced with two-storey extension to side and removal of conservatory to be replaced with single storey rear extension, Marlbeck, 59 Grove Road.
Keighley: construction of 30 apartments of sheltered housing units, Keighley Resource Centre, Oxford Street. Keighley: construction of detached double garage and extension, Hillcrest, Hill Top Road, Hainworth. Keighley: retrospective application for construction of conservatory to rear, conversion of integral garage to form extension to living accommodation and detached private single garage to front, 36 Broadlands.
