Imran Ali Miah, aged 20, of Grosvenor Road, Manningham; using a vehicle in a condition likely to cause danger of injury, £65 fine, £50 costs, licence endorsed. Raymond Thomas, aged 42, of Pyrah Street, Wyke; two counts of being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control in a public place, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £300 compensation, £85 costs, banned from owning a dog for five years.

John Burrows, aged 59, of Knutsford Grove, Holme Wood; nine counts of falsely producing information to obtain benefit, four months’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew, £250 costs. Kadir Karim Abul, aged 32, of Rochester Street, Windhill; theft, 12 months’ conditional discharge. David Graham, aged 48, of Lulworth Grove, Holme Wood; driving while disqualified, jailed for eight weeks, banned from driving for 12 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty.
