The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Great Horton: construction of dormer windows to front and rear, 29 Beckside Road. Great Horton: construction of single-storey rear extension, 26 Norland Street. Great Horton: non-material amendment to planning approval 09/04345/LBC for single-storey extension to rear, to omit one window and replace one window to match existing where window has been converted to door previously, St Oswald’s CE Primary School, Cross Lane.
Heaton: construction of part two-storey and single-storey rear extension including rear dormer window and detached garage, 34 High Park Drive. Heaton: construction of porch and first-floor extension above utility room to east elevation, 2 Malvern Grove. Heaton: demolition of existing redundant external store and provide new plant room building with new foot print that is aligned to edge of path leading to hospital’s maternity unit, night and weekend admissions entrance, Maternity Department, Bradford Royal Infirmary, Duckworth Lane.
Menston: construction of two- storey extension, 55 Cleasby Road. Menston: demolition of dwelling and coach house/garage and construction of five detached houses, utilising existing access, Reevadale, Clarence Drive. Menston: installation of six internally illuminated signs, one externally illuminated sign and 4 non-illuminated signs, Hare and Hounds, 47 Bradford Road. Riddlesden: remove wooden fence and replace with stone wall, 38 Grange Crescent.
Shipley: two-storey rear extension and loft conversion, 4 Grosvenor Road. Steeton with Eastburn: creation of off-street parking places, replacement of front dormer window, with use of vertical sliding sash window in PVC, 45 High Street. Thackley: alteration of existing approved rear extension (09/03372/ HOU), to include gable roof, 72 Northlea Avenue. Wilsden: demolition of redundant buildings and construction of a new bungalow (previously approved scheme 06/00111/ FUL with amended access), land adjacent to West View Cottage, Bob Lane.
