Twenty-year-old Daniel Taylor appeared in Court this morning charged with the murder of his nine-year-old brother.
Taylor, of Richardson Avenue, Bradford, is charged with the murder of Jackson Taylor in Rookes Avenue, Wibsey, on Thursday, February 18.
He is also charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to his sister, Rachel Taylor, 18.
He spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and address in a four-minute hearing at Bradford magistrates court.
Flanked by a pair of security guards, Taylor, who was wearing a grey tracksuit top and dark-coloured tracksuit bottoms, stared at the waiting media as he took his seat in the dock.
Chairman of the bench Bruce Gate adjourned the case for a preliminary hearing at Bradford Crown Court on Monday.
Taylor was remanded in custody.
