Three sporting teenagers are the latest recipients of grants of £1,000 each from the Bradford SportsAid B-active fund.
Florence Haines and Millie Pughe, both of Ilkley, and John Bateman, of West Bowling, Bradford, received the cash from Bradford Council and charity SportsAid.
In the last three years the partnership has donated £100,000 in grants.
Florence, 15, is a member of British Orienteering’s World Class Talent Squad, having won the under-14s British Championship long-distance event last year and the World Schools’ Championship.
Squash player Millie, 14, won the English Grand Prix, and rugby league prospect John, 15, has captained England under-15s in Test matches.
