Anthony Paul Hardacre, aged 34, of St Paul’s Road, Manningham; theft, original offences of theft re-sentenced, jailed for 24 weeks; commission of further offence during suspended sentence, dealt with for the original offences.
Neville Hord, aged 36, of Swann Avenue, Bingley; exceeding maximum permitted gross weight of vehicle, £530 fine, £105 costs. KDAN Limited, of Millfield Road, Bingley; exceeding maximum permitted gross weight of vehicle, £660 fine, £105 costs. Martyn Hallam, aged 45, of Rufus Street, Canterbury; going equipped for theft, 12 months’ community order with electronic monitoring and 56 days’ curfew, £85 costs; application to revoke community order, order revoked. Jabran Nusrat, aged 23, of Como Gardens, Girlington; two counts of driving without insurance, £200 fine, £75 costs, banned from driving for 12 months; two counts of driving without a licence, no separate penalty.
