Great Horton: change of use from A3 to A3/A5 including external alterations to facade, decking complete with lighting bollards, fencing, stainless steel flue extract, lock up container with 1.8m security palisade fence, installation of three retractable awnings, The Lighthouse Outreach, 353 Great Horton Road.
Manningham: change of use of part of premises to Children’s Day Nursery, Paper Print, 10 Nesfield Street. Manningham: change of use of retail unit to hot food takeaway, 462 Thornton Road. Manningham: construction of first-floor extension and extension to add additional storey, loft conversion with dormer windows, 7A Springfield Place. Manningham: construction of four new houses to derelict site at Cleveland Road, site to rear of south-west boundary of 19 North Park Road.
Manningham: removal of condition 12 of permission 09/02776/ FUL dated 10/08/2009, construction of six four-bed two-and-a-half-storey semi-detached residential units, parking, rear gardens, boundary walls and fences, former site of 1-31 Clifton Street. Manningham: retrospective application for change of use from A1 retail shop to A5 hot-food takeaway, Manningham Lane Off Licence, 223 Manningham Lane. Manningham: two dormer windows, 22 Hollings Street.
