Mathew Bentham Clifford, 28, of Mitchell Terrace, Bingley; keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, £525 fine, £217.92 vehicle excise back duty, £60 costs. Jozef John Colligan, of Moorside Road, Eccleshill; failure to notify change of registered keeper of vehicle, £175 fine, £75 costs. Martin Cosgrove, of Fenwick Drive, Woodside; failure to deliver up a vehicle excise licence upon receipt of a dishonoured cheque, £350 fine, £62.50 vehicle excise back duty, £60 costs. Ralph Stafford Dean, aged 60, of Tyersal Lane, Tyersal; failure to notify change of registered keeper of vehicle, £175 fine, £75 costs.
Amer Ali, 28, of Toller Lane, Heaton; theft, £65 fine, £100 costs. Kenneth Andrew Hall, 55, of Parry Lane, Laisterdyke; assault, jailed for four months suspended for 24 months, £85 costs. Garry Bland, 39, of Balfour Street, West Bowling; causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, failure to ensure animal welfare, 24 months’ community order, 250 hours’ unpaid work, £250 costs, banned from owning any animal for ten years.
Anthony Hugh Harrison, 41, of Balfour Street, West Bowling; causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, failure to ensure animal welfare, breach of disqualification from owning any animal imposed after conviction, 24 months’ community order, 200 hours’ unpaid work, £250 costs, banned from owning any animal for life.
