Bulls coach Brian Noble isn't about to bow to the 'mob mentality' of a section of the fans.

The club has been inundated with messages from disgruntled supporters following last week's record home defeat but Noble insists the vast majority are sticking by the team.

"Everybody is talking about the players and the nature of their character and who is doing what. That is the nature of the mob," said Noble. "Who was it that said 'the mob is fickle'? Well, there is a bit of a mob out there. Ninety per cent of the fans are still behind us though. I'm confident of that.

"They have sent us some nice messages to go with some less than complimentary ones. We show the players the good and the bad so they understand the importance of performing well."

And Noble expects the embarrassment of the 66-4 flogging at the hands of St Helens to spur his players on under the glare of the Sky television cameras tomorrow night.

"They'd be lying if they said they weren't embarrassed. The thing that we've had to deal with is that a few blokes gave in and we won't tolerate that at this club. It just shouldn't happen. But we know why it happened and they get to act on that now."

Jamie Langley is set to slot straight back in as a makeshift centre when he returns from a two-week absence due to a groin strain. Langley will be a direct replacement for the suspended Leon Pryce.

Bulls 18-man squad (Probable): Ferres, Deacon, Cook, Fielden, B Harris, I Harris, Withers, Meyers, Lynch, Parker, Paul, Peacock, Pratt, K Pryce, Langley, Radford, Reardon, Vagana.
