Proposals have been put forward to turn a 135-year-old former village church near Bingley into flats.
Bradford Council will consider plans to convert the Methodist Free Church in Micklethwaite Lane, Mickle-thwaite, to two apartments.
Outbuildings in the grounds would be demolished for off parking.
Objectors claim there will not be enough parking and fear the development will overlook their homes. Concerns have been raised about a proposed access in Beck Road, which is narrow.
Councillors will meet at Shipley Town Hall on Wednesday to debate the plan.
