Property consultant Colliers CRE has boosted its Yorkshire office with four new appointments.
Tim Asson joins as director in corporate solutions with responsibility for managing the future growth of its corporate real estate service across Yorkshire and the North East.
He was formerly managing director of consultancy services at NB Real Estate, where he established, developed and led one of the UK’s leading corporate occupier teams.
Duncan Gregory has joined the planning department to work on projects for a number of corporate and planning clients such as Netto Foodstores Ltd and KeyLand Developments.
He will provide town planning advice to both clients and colleagues.
Faye Robinson has become sales adviser in the licensed and leisure department, responsible for handling new enquiries, maximising web interaction and supporting the team with the sale of more than 150 licensed properties.
Edward Peel has rejoined the licensed and leisure department as a graduate surveyor..
Meanwhile, chartered surveyor Dan Suggitt has joined the Northern real estate team at the Leeds office of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior manager in the business recovery services team.
He has 15 years’ experience in the regional property market and significant experience in the retail sector, including involvement across industrial, office and residential sectors.
Working closely with a number of PwC’s banking clients, Dan will also be advising existing corporate, public sector and educational clients.
