Bingley: replacement of gates, land at former College House, Lady Lane. Burley-in-Wharfedale: construction of a garage, 30 Main Street. Burley-in-Wharfedale: removal of porch and change of use of first and attic floors to residential, The Grange, Station Road. Burley Woodhead: demolition of existing semi-detached dwelling, construction of two storey extension to remaining semi-detached dwelling and external works to form swimming pool and extended garden area, The Glen, Myrtle Lane.
Eldwick: re-construction of boundary walls including timber gates, 40 Glen Road. Haworth: change of use of shop with flat over to restaurant and shop with flat over, 98A Main Street. Haworth: conversion of existing garage to habitable room, 10 Heathcliffe Mews. Idle: change of use from A3 (restaurant) to A1 (food store) including an extension of 38m sq with associated landscape and elevation changes, Alfresco Restaurant, Bradford Road. Idle: retrospective application for installation of air conditioning unit, 1027 Harrogate Road.
Ilkley: alterations to existing dwelling and amended proposal to approved dwelling on plot two, Hawthorne, Owler Park Road. Ilkley: change construction type of conservatory from all glass to half brick/half glass walls, change plastic conservatory roof to slate or tile, changes to two sides of conservatory only as remaining walls form part of house structure, there will be no change to impact on neighbours, 122 Main Street. Ilkley: construction of single storey rear extension, 118 Skipton Road. Keighley: application for new planning permission to replace an extant 06/05723/OUT, construction of detached dwelling, 3 Vernon Street, Cross Roads. Keighley: change of use from barber shop (A1) to hot food takeaway (A5), 81 Bradford Street. Keighley: construction of detached building to form meter room, Ace Works, Beech Street. Keighley: one free standing aluminium panel with a half illuminated chrome logo 0.8x1.2m sign, two illuminated welcome cord 1x0.3m Dibond Tray fascia with over head trough lighting 6mx0.6, four internally illuminated pole signs 1565x1032 on a 4.5m pole, Sunwin Nissan, Coney Lane.
