Three teenagers were today locked up for 18 months each for an attack on a student after a Boxing Day night out.
They kicked and stamped on Rowan Lythgow as he lay unconscious with a traumatic brain injury after striking his head after being punched, Bradford Crown Court heard.
James Forrest, 18, of Brookfield Avenue, Shipley, and Christopher Regan, 18, of Low Ash Drive, Shipley, were sent to a young offender institution. A 17-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, was given a detention and training order.
All three admitted causing Mr Lythgow actual bodily harm in Baildon Road, Baildon, early on December 27. They had earlier been drinking in the Suburban Style Bar, where Mr Lythgow had also been that night.
