Staff and pupils at Kildwick CE Primary School are celebrating after receiving outstanding Ofsted marks.
The school, with 121 pupils, was considered outstanding in all areas of evaluation including overall effectiveness, effectiveness of the Early Years Foundation Stage, achievement and standards, personal development and well-being, quality of provision and leadership and management.
Head teacher Alan Robertshaw said: “We are delighted. It quite rightly highlights the strong partnership between staff, parents, children and the community.
